Raffle

General Terms and Conditions

Participation in the raffle of the Facebook page “VeggieWorld” (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”) is only possible with regard to these General Terms and Conditions. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook in any way.

1. Terms and Conditions of Participation

Business people with a minimum age of 14 years can take part. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. For entries from 16 or 18, this will be noted separately in the respective competition. The participant agrees to participate, that in the event of a win, his name and / his picture will be published on the Internet. Participation is only possible within the time limit specified in the competition description. Legal redress is excluded.

2. Profit

The prize will be awarded as announced in the competition. In the case of several correct submissions, the lot decides to the exclusion of legal redress. A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded. The winner will be notified via Facebook or as described in the Contest. If the winner does not respond to the winning notification within the time limit set by us, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

3. Liability

Claims for damages against the organiser, which are related to the competition, are excluded – within the scope of the legally permissible – regardless of the legal reason, unless the organiser has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. In addition, the organizer shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the impairment of the availability of the raffle website in the event of uncontrollable technical failures and events beyond its control, as well as in the event of third-party attacks on the raffle website. However, the organizer will do everything possible to ensure the reliability and functionality of the raffle site. In addition, the organizer does not guarantee that the raffle website will function properly on the participant’s computer.

4. Data protection

In the context of the competition, the organiser grants the highest possible standard of data protection and complies with all relevant legal provisions. The organizer will not sell any personal data or address data to third parties. The organizer stores the personal data of the respective participant exclusively for the purpose of the competition. Email addresses or postal addresses submitted by the winners will only be used for the purpose of profit delivery and will be partially passed on to third parties for the purpose of profit delivery. The participant hereby agrees to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the above purpose.

5. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be ineffective or have a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.

6. Place of jurisdiction / applicable law

For disputes, only German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the organizer. Insofar as the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves his residence abroad after the participation, the domicile of the organizer is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
