Niklas Oppenrieder

Niklas is a medical doctor specializing in pediatrics. In 2018, together with collegues from health care and nutritinal science, he founded the Physicians Association for Nutrition (PAN), and since then has served as the organizations medical director. PAN empowers health professionals, individuals and communities to recognize and use whole food, plant-based nutrition as a powerful tool to create and sustain optimal health. While PAN is active internationally, Niklas currently lives in Germany.
